Poor service in replacing phone

I received a BB9360 in May 2012.Since December 2012 I am having problems with the handset getting hot and losing battery power. The phone was sent in to Vodacare, they replaced the battery and changed the software, with no effect. The phone has been sent in and replaced three times since December and I had a SIM swop done, the phone was tested and as soon as I start using it with BB service and for e-mails, the same problem occurs. I have logged a complaint and the repair centre promised to replace it with another model of BB as it seems the 9360 has a problem. The phone was sent in for the promised replacement a week ago and the only feedback that I get is that they are again testing it in JHB... fourth time! I am without the use of a phone, for which I paid and is still paying on contract, since December. Yesterday I logged another complaint and the answer I got is "the matter is referred to ARC..."The same ARC that made empty promises and is forever testing the phone. This is really pathetic dervice
