It's taken 3 weeks of constant phone calls to various people to not get the information I need with regards to my contract upgrade, It's been like putting pieces of a puzzle together and constant nagging and hassling with nobody getting back to me!! This happens every 2 years, when it comes time to upgrade and it is extremely painful! I stood in the cue at festival mall today for an hour without the cue that was out the door moving an inch. I Tried phoning East rand mall and Greenstone branches continuously from 15h00 this Saturday 16/11/13 and and no response, no answer, no calling me back and on the mtn website it states that both of these stores operate till 17h00 on Saturdays.!! I gave up my fight trying to get info out of carnival mall mtn store on friday night!! Is this the service i pay for???
