VODACOM FAULTY SAMSUNG S4 - FED UP

I recently upgraded my existing contract with Vodacom and got a Samsung S4 handset. After 3 days, the phone was clearly faulty - it took ages to charge, went flat in an hour and got so hot that you could get 2nd degree burn from it. It took it back to the store on Sunday 10 November where I was informed that they would have to send the phone away to be checked (per Vodacom policy). It has taken me 5 days to try and track my phone down with Carnival Mall blaming Fourways and Fourways blaming Carnival Mall. To cut a long story really short, today Friday 15 November I finally tracked the phone down to the repair centre (who had apparently been off line for 2 days and so it was much easier for them to blame Carnival Mall for the ineptitude rather than themselves). Eventually I was told that my phone was in fact at Fourways and was informed by the manager of the following "the phone will not be replaced as the sticker on the box was broken"! Hello Sherlock how the do you expect me to get the phone out of the box and what the does a sticker have to do with the handset being broken and still under warranty!!!
