I have Never receive such pathetic service in my life, 3 weeks ago i had finally decided to go and apply for a Laptop package with MTN, but i honestly was not prepared for the series of events that had followed. When applyin for the package a lady who spoke setswana whom i cant recall her name right now, had gurateed me that the application will be approved within 24hrs. No one had warned me that MTN's 24hours is actually 3 weeks of terror, mtn branch at Birch acres took a week for them to even call and inform me that my application has been approved. A week passed and no one bothered to tell me the where abouts of my laptop i even missed a big assignment that was due at the end of the month of July, and when i finally decided to take the initiative to go a inquire at the store i was greeted with pathetic stinking service from the entrance, i had now been given a name "THE LAPTOP GIRL". I was made to feel as if the agents at the store where doing me a favor and i was told that the laptop was at Jabulani mall n there is nothin they could do to assist, the agent didnt even apologized for the delay and said they will call for which they didnt until i decided to go an cancel on Sat.
