Our Network coverage these past few weeks have been very poor. "No network coverage", missed and dropped calls are very common. Internet coverage is hardly adequate to send basic e-mails. Even logging a complaint on a website like this takes several tries, as coverage and connection gets lost frequently. Contacting the call centre, you get a reference number and an SMS stating that they're looking at the problem, but it seems to stop there. The problems continue without any resolution and nobody gets to back to us on how they plan to address this permanently!
