I got a contract for a wifi for 3G @ R200 but on my latest account it is R800 plus. I haven't received my account for Feb so I don't know if it is the same story. I phoned 082111 and spoke to Thabang who was of no help because he wanted to transfer me to the IT department and also said that the server is off. I was holding and the option to press # came on. I selected the option and it has been one hour and thirty minutes and counting and nobody has called me back. I want all my account sent to me from September 2012 up to Feb 2013 so that I can see what Vodacom is taking that does not belong to them. I want my money back.
