Poor network coverage

For the past few weeks I have had poor reception, no internet access (if there is, it will say insufficient network coverage), incoming & outgoing sms's do not go through, my bb messages do not go through for hours, if I make any calls it gets disconnected. I have to keep resending messages however still no success. Today I had 5min of network coverage. Its all good to have specials but what is the use if there is no network coverage. My colleagues are also experiencing the same thing. BIS is practically non existant. Whether im a prepaid client or not it shud have no effect on the service. The service is pathetic. There is no communication going through.

This is absolutely frustrating.
