Bad network coverage and pathetic plan to remedy i

I have complained to Vodacom before about the poor network coverage and I receive the same pathetic excuse each time. It seems reading the complaints on hello Peter for bad network coverage they give the same answer of building a tower nearby yet they don't have a timeframe. How pathetic, actually acknowledge your service and coverage is pathetic and stop lying to your customers. No wonder so many users are migrating to Cell C.
