I have been a loyal MTN subscriber for more than 15 years. I have during the past year complained about the poor network coverage in the area where I reside. There is no 3G coverage. MTN network coverage promised in April that they would attend to the problem but has failed to act on their promises. I ported two of my accounts to another network in August and shall be porting two more in November. MTN has shown their total disdain for me as a customer. Please MTN do not reply with the bull that you placate your other customers with eg. the standard HelloPeter response!
My business and loyalty are going elsewhere!
