Worst phone ever!!!

I have upgraded to a Samsang Gallexy Chat earlier this year. Phone calls does not come through it goes directly to voicemail, messages also did no come through or went out, I had to restart say once or twice per day, which started to get very frustrating, espacially if someone was urgently looking for me. I started phoning Vodacom for assistance and did what ever was required to do, then finally I have booked the phone in for repairs (3 times) and then it was sent to the Advance repair centre where the software was updated for the 3rd time, the 4th time that I had to sent it in I have asked for a exchange. The new phone was received and I thought all my problems was sorted - big mistake. The new phone did exactly the same as the old phone. I also phoned Vodacom and checked if the settings is correct, which it was. I am so frustrated paying for a service which I can not use. I also went and took out an additional contract as a back up for the times when the phone went in for repairs. I would prefer a total different phone as I can not see why this BRAND NEW phone has to be sent for repairs.
