ADSL again down

Since October 2012 the ADSL service on my phone has been up and down, to such an extent that my business is seriously in trouble because of it. I am paying my monthly bills on time, but Telkom does not deliver the service I pay for.
My ADSL service went down again a week ago, came up again for a few days, but went down again last Friday. I lost all production over the weekend - probably R6000 worth of business.
Telkom's non-delivery of service is closing me down, but they still expect of me to foot the bill.
