On 27 December 2012 I gave my husband's iPhone 4S in for repairs at the Nigel branch. Several weeks passed where we did not get any response from autopage regarding the phone. I posted a complaint on Hello Peter where Brian Maleka contacted me the same day making all sorts of promises to when the device will be delivered as it was unrepariable and we had to claim from the insurance. I have contacted the head office many times to speak to him as we still do not have the phone back and it has been 3 months. Please help!! Nobody is willing to help and I am transferred from one person to the next.
