Its been 9 months of Telkom provided me with less than 15% of the ADSL service I pay for. Eventually they provided 4Mbps of ADSL bandwidth - but only for around 2 days - now we're back to sub, 03Mbps. In what other industry is it legal to make your customers pay for a service you don't provide, There's got to be a legal way for us to make them refund our fees and sue them for associated expenses (ISP fees) and business losses (I use my ADSL to earn a living). Any ideas or experience out there with making them cough up? I've had it with them and it is time to put pressure on.
