Poor Attitude of the Staff to Help a customer!!!

In a nut shell I went into my local Mtn supplierin Senekal to upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy 111 6months ago and as they did not have stock, talked me into a Nokia again - a Nokia C 70. Very happy at first then I notice that the phone's battery went flat within a day. Again I went back to the local office and was told they do not stock the battery. No problem as I go to JHB every month to visit the family and went to Rivonia Road Center- result no help - proceeded to Fourways same story in actual fact laughed saying I had been taken to do a DEAL as the C 70 HAD BEEN TAKEN OFF THE MARKET. Rosebank a similar story. As a lack of help and support I decided to buy cheap phone Nokia 201, after charging the phone went back the next to hand the C 70 in for repairs. No go why - because I did have the original invoice inspite of Mtn advising me that I had cganged my phone by SMS, plus I had been a customer for - 15 years and that they had all my details. I was shocked at the attitude and total lack of backup to their contract just because I had lost the invoice.
It is evedent that Mtn has got to big I will honour my side of the agreement using a phone bought and good bye Mtn hello???
