I just called in to order an ADSL contract (my first) in addition to my current landline. Apparently I am not eligible for this as I had "a previous ADSL contract" that I had cancelled in October. As far as I am aware, I have never had ADSL as well as cancelled any ADSL contract. I do not know where Telkom is finding this ADSL contract that I have had. Please sort this out; I don't want to be contacted in future with any un-paid bills because Telkom are putting fake/ accounts on my profile.
