I would just like to complain about the service received from Telkom and with regards to their ADSL service. Its now week 2 whereby my ADSL is down, some issue with the Exchange apparently this time. Last week i was down for 3 days of the 5 working days. and this week i've been down since tuesday. this is totally unacceptable as I need to work from home and had to resort to using a 3G card when i'm paying telkom their full subscription for my ADSL line every month. I've had numerious faults logged with them and its a constant battle to have a stable ADSL connection from them, is there any steps i can take, because i feel i should be refunded for the time i'm down, or even better is there no other solution besides telkom.
