Failure internet service

I bought BIS on the 08 of March since then I never used it beause of network problem..I have log a service request on the 13 but still no one is coming back to me as a consultant promised me that it take 24 hours turn around time the case to be resolved... my case number is S3-TKT1E-EV5JL.
