We took out an unlimited voice contract at the end of Nov 12, and ever since we experienced severe network problems and communicated the problem to Telkom with several case numbers the last case number being 4010129. We were very lenient with Telkom (even though we were losing money) hoping that the problem will be sorted out, but 3 months down the line the problem is still not sorted out. We then requested that, because clearly the problem cannot be solved, the contract should be cancelled so that we can then apply to other network providers who will give us what we need. The case was logged and a request for cancellation sent to Thabo Makola (manager) in March to cancel the contract but up to now the contract is still not cancelled and nobody communicates with us. It looks like Telkom's attitude is "we are getting our money from the customer every month so why should we worry about his/her problems", which is a very bad attitude. We are losing money and business due to this problem as our customers get irritated with call that cuts anytime while talking. CAN SOMEBODY CONCERNED WITHIN TELKOM PLEASE ASSIST US BY CANCELLING THIS CONTRACT ACC # 333980308 (500646495).
