I have a contract with 8ta and I have been having an ongoing problem with the the network as it has been on sos nearly all the time since Jauuary, could barely use the phone. I then changed my phone thinking that could be the phone that was a problem only to discover that the new phone also displayed the msg. After calling the call centre, they advise I should do a sim swap which I have done a week ago. After 24 hour the phone displayed a message ' sim not provisioned' I went back to telkom mobile and was told that the contract had been cancelled. I have opened a case on Wednesday morning and was told to check after 72 hours if the case has resolved. I called today (Saturday) just to be told that the case has not been resolved. What service providers and I'm actually paying for it each month
