I have reported this problem 2 months ago (1 March) and was promised a quick solution. Still nothing.
There is a very poor - if none - LTE signal in Craighall Park, actually most of the time downgrading to Edge or no data network at all. I bought a LTE phone and a laptop LTE modem based on the promise of a fast reliable LTE connection which is actually not available in my neighbourhood... HIGHLY FRUSTRATING.
Vodacom (Moddy Motebejane) gave me a nice reference number EC-ZHOJ-2UFUDX on 25 March and promised me someone would come to my house within the following 2 weeks to test the signal and find a solution. NOTHING has actually happened since 25 March...
Really a poor show of customer service.
