BIS not working-nobody can tell me why

To whom it may concern:

I have a prepaid blackberry through 8ta and for some reason every month when i need to renew my blackberry internet service, it does not do so automatically. I have to manually do it every month, but every other month it does not work and I end up going without internet on my phone for days. this as you can imagine is a huge inconvenience. At the end of every month I have to log a complaint about the problem and it gets fixed but still I have periods of days without internet.

I have logged yet another complaint for the problem, and not only would I like to get it resolved but also it would be nice if the problem could get resolved permanently as this is a big time-wasting experience for me every month.
Today I had a service consultant at the 8ta store in Tygervalley log a complaint with SOC-my case number is 6000168. I would appreciate if this can get resolved promptly as i have already not had internet on my phone since Saturday, and hopefully prevent this from happening in the future.
