NO JOY WITH INTERNET STICK!!!

Hi I have a laptop with internet and if I am telling you I am struggling I am. I have no joy for help at any Vodacom store. I took my laptop there and all they have done is just download the software. I cannot go into the bank to even on the website it takes so long. I am paying allot of money for this. They called and said please be advised that your query has been escalated to our Network Division with reference number S3-TKVCR-RMIH for further investigation and feedback. They will contact me within 24 working hours. NO JOY!!! Please note our records reflect that the Network Department has made contact with you via sms on the 16th March. (They send sms to the sim that is on the stick.) They have advised that they are attending to the problem, and will make contact with me once the problem has been resolved. This was on 19 March 2013. I send in a new complain on Friday 12 April 2013. NO ONE EVEN CALLED?? So tel me what do I do about the 700mb or 1 GIG I am loosing every second month???
