"The power is in your hands" is the biggest joke!!

The Power is in Cell C's handas NOT the customer - as they do not fix their problems even after many emails, talking to customer service getting cut off redialing they still deduct whatever amount they want without me even receiving any bills through my email and verifying the billing details which i have numerous problems with and after 4 months have eventually received my R1115.72 credit back. Because this took so long to reflect on my bill on the 20th February i could not change to upgrade to the 200 straight-up plan as i was told that this could only take place after 3 months of direct billing and no debt on the account. I have requested Cell C's customer service to stop the direct debit and confirm that they have upgraded me to the 200 straight up plan only to be out on hold, listen to their how to rate them and be cut off again, 'Ive emailed, phoned-in with no response to my query, just an updated bill of R1269 for March and my wifi 2GB plan which should only cost me R159 per month and was only got connected 1 March2013 is sitting at R418.81 - please explain this billing error CELL-C and give the power back to your customers by good service and response to billing!!!
