I have been trying to access "My Account" online for the past couple days and each time I get a "My account is not available, please call 084 140".
My Cellphone is a company phone, and therefore I can only make changes online as I am not the account holder. Last week I was abroad so my phone as "barred" via the website by myself to avoid people using my phone in my absence, and now I cannot "unblock" the phone via 084 140 as I am not the account holder.
Please advise how long this is going to take to resolve as I am stuck between a rock and a hard place right now
