"My Account" Not Available for Over 1 Week

Good day,

I have been trying to logon to "My Account" on your website for over 1 week and it states "My Account is temporarily unavailable". I'm glad you think a week is temporary.

I need access to this functionality and online account access should be made available by every cellular provider. I've sent multiple tweets with absolutely no reply which is why I am resorting to Hello Peter.

I do not want to call your call center. I expect this to be available. At least don't and state it's "temporarily unavailable". State this function no longer exists or will be back online at a certain date.

My contract is up for renewal soon and if Cell C cannot get basics like this right I am certainly going to have no problem moving to another provider.

Don't try contact me from 2784145 as I have blocked it because your sales department would not stop spamming me. You should note that trying to sell more contracts to people who have already given you their business does nothing but annoy them beyond comprehension.
