Don't bother contacting helpline

I have been and Edcon account holder for over 7 years now and finally decided to download the smartphone app. I put in all my details and it told me to do so online, so I did. I then waited five working days and called the helpline as per the websites instructions. They informed me that the details are there it just needs to be authorised or something similar. I was told it would be less than 6 hours and I'll be able to log in and see my account details online and via the app. I have waited another 5 working days and I still cannot access any of my account information online or via the app, and the "contact form" which I had sent via the web. Two reference numbers are: 1951854/20130611/C.N.R. relating to registration confirmation and then 1952915/20130612/S.G.N relating to my query.
