No access to online account

I have spent the last 6-8 months trying to get someone at Homechoice to assist me in gaining access to my online account. I cannot login onto their website.
They don't send statements of accounts anymore so to access my account balance and statements, I am forced to do it online. I am currently in Spain at the moment so cannot go in and beg them to attend to the matter.
I pay monthly, and i am not in arrears (my account actually runs with a credit balance) nor am i a late payer, but where are they in helping me gain my legal and rightful access to my account and statements???
i don't know what my account balance is, nor do i know if they are maintaining my account correctly. This is totally frustrating.
Can i defer payments until they sort this out? no. no, i cannot.By law it is my duty to ensure that i do not breach my side of the contract. Are they breaching their side of the contract by denying me access to my online account balance and statement? Yes, yes they are. So here i am, using a public platform to get them to respond positively.
In my opinion, their attitude also falls under the Bad Attitude heading and they should be hauled over the coals good and proper!
