On 2013-03-17 my cellphone got lost, I immediately report it missing and it was blacklisted. Luckily on
2013-03-18 I got it back and went to MTN Lichtenburg and informed them that I've found my phone. According to them, all the necessary documents was filled in and would be sent to MTN head office who will unblacklist my phone. They informed me that I must keep my phone switched off for 72 hours and then switch it back on again and my phone will be working again. I did that, but after going to another branch and lots of calls to the callcentre and visits to MTN Lichtenburg up to now my phone is still not working. Pathetic Service! i can kick myself for leaving Vodacom and going to MTN.
