FAILED TO IMPRESS YET AGAIN

So a few weeks ago i had huge issues with my phone being suspended without notice as the account holder was my dad (he had the contract in his name as i could not get one myself as i am unemployed - no where can he state it is for daughters use). Anyway my mother went to place the contract in her name and was advised by the consultant that the monies will come off at the end of the month but that the phone should be working within 5 - 7 working days. Today it has been 7 working days and nearly 2 weeks without a way of contacting outwards. I contact the "friendly" online people to see if they can advise on when i can expect the phone to be working. The straight forward answer i get is... My mum needs to contact the legal division. Well thank you for nothing i guess yet again... Oh and last time i did that they asked to speak to the deceased account holder. My mother should not need to follow up when she was advised a time frame as to when the ohone should be working. This time next year i shall refuse any upgrade from Vodacom as i have only had problems through them and i have been with them for 6 years through my parents.
