I have struggled to log into my Capitec bank account for several months now. The banking app installed on my cell phone does not work as I am apparently offline. However, I am online and am able to use other online facilities. I have reported this problem to Capitec on numerous occasions but they cannot offer a solution to the problem. In December I mailed the customer care centre again and got a reply a week later stating that they have noticed that since I had transacted online in the past the problem must have been resolved. I replied and have followed up that complaint several times now but am just being ignored.
Very frustrating when you cannot access your own bank account and the customer care centre cannot even be bothered to reply / help.
