All of a sudden, my cellphone showed a "SIM Not Allowed" message last night - I have removed & replaced the Sim, restarted the phone a few times and yet I cannot make or receive calls, messages etc. I tried calling the call centre and was blocked within the first minute of the call. I may not be the account holder, however I have supplied letters time and time again to the various branches which have clearly NEVER been recorded. These letters have been written & signed by the account holder providing me full access to this account, included copies of his ID, etc. In this instance, the account holder is out of the country - and there is no way that I can go without a cellphone until he returns. All I want to find out is what the problem is... is it the Sim, the network, the phone??? Considering I am the user of this contract, surely I can actually find this information out???
