I have had a vodacom number for years and for the past year I have had the issue that my calls would just cut or when someone phones me it says my number does not exist. So last month I ported my number to cell c and still with the new network the problem happened. So I took my iPhone 4 into the istore at eastgate and ended up forking up for an iPhone 5 because surely this must be a phone problem... So I thought. A week after I bought the new phone the same problem started happening, where one of my clients heard the same "number does not exist" message trying to call me. He had to try numerous times until it finally got through. So can someone please help me sort this mess out because I'm losing clients because they think I've cancelled my number. This has so far cost me over R10000 and much more in lost clients. Apple, vodacom, cell c. One of you must have a solution because I can't carry on like this. Soon I'll have no work because my clients can't get hold of me.
