Very Bad Customer Service at MTNLAMBTON Branch

On the 19th of January my wife and I went into the store and assisted by the lady her name was Lebo. We ask her that we want to upgrade as the contract was due for an upgrade. We were interested to take a packakge of a MacBook. She explained to us that if we want to upgrade voice dat to bundles she is going to have to apply for a migrate. We had no problem with that. She said to us that she is going to have to check the availability of stock however, she is going to find out from her Regional Manager on Monday the 21 January and promised that she'll come back to us. She did not honor her promise till my wife phoned her several times promising that she'll come back to her which she never did. The week ended then we at week 2 from the 28 January. My wife still kept on phoning Lebo still promising my wife she'll come back to her. Nothing from Lebo. The week ended then we got to week 3 from the 4th. On Monday the 4th I personally spoke to Lebo and told me that Jacob promised that he'll deliver MacBook at their branch the previous week he did not. She promised me she'll give me update about the progress. It is Thursday today the 7 February. Nothing from Lebo. The service is shocking.
