Sony Xperia Go, high cost in value, low performe

I'm an existing account holder with Vodacom, where I have numerous contracts with Vodacom

My main account number 0721899800 was due for an upgrade and I did so on 2nd January 2013.

I wanted a good phone and was willing to pay in and even increase my current contract from R135 per month to R315 per month.

I took a Sony Xperia go, who has some wonderful features, I had to pay in to get the phone, which I did.

A few days after I had the phone, I contacted Vodacom in Tygervalley and inform that the battery runs down fast.

They told me I must bring the phone in and they will assess the phone.

I took the phone in a little later, my concern was that I won't have a handset with all the facilities on the Xperia Go.

Eventually the phone was becoming a problem because it continually died on me.

They took the phone in a few times for repair, sending me status sms's and notifying me of where it is in the repair process.

The last time took the phone in, they send me an sms to say they await parts. Shortly thereafter I got an sms to say I can collect the phone, this was the 3rd time.

Irrespective the fact that I emphasized the problem the phone has it discharge quick
