Having been a Cell C subscriber for over ten years because of their product and pricing, Ive always had to deal with mediocre service from your Eastgate store and poor service from you call centre check your logs for call duration to your call centre in the past three months to no avail. In December 2012 i lost a phone and ended up at your Greenstone store for a sim card and was impressed by the efficiency so after no joy from call centre on my upgrade in February of this year I tried through the said branch (Greenstone) and again they delivered so big up to them. Maybe your Eastgate branch staff should spend some time in Greenstone to get their act togethe
