I have a 2mb ADSL line which means I should be getting a speed of 512k for upload.
My upload speed is on 64k.
I logged a call last Saturday the 2nd March. Two telkom technicians came to my house on Monday the 4th but was unable to find the problem they said that they would return on Wednesday. No one pitched. After phoning Telkom multiple times I managed to get another technician out to me on Sunday.
He managed to temporarily resolve the issue but the issue was back the next day. I have phoned Telkom almost everyday since Monday to get someone out to me. It is Friday (15th March) and no one has responded to the new call that I have logged.
Tomorrow it will be 2 weeks since the problem started.
This is pathetic!
