Vodacom has a new problem in their system, somehow your pre-paid account can get hacked and airtime transferred... This happened to me TWICE!!! It happened to my boyfriend as well which is a seperate incident. On Sunday 23/2/2013 a amount of R80 airtime was "transferred " to a unknown nr to me. i phoned customer care there and then. Received the following ref nr S3-SHC3E-E68WA. Even though they admitted there was a problem they could not at that time say what. On Monday 24/2/2013 a further amount of R45 was transferred. I went to Vodacom in Centurion on Tuesday 26/2/2013 and again on Wednesday 27/2/2013 at great cost and HUGE annoyance!!! Not only could they not assist NO-ONE at Vodacom gets back to you. On Thursday 28/2/2013 i phoned Mapsi on 0115464598 the 4th time after not getting my airtime refunded, IT STILL IS NOT RESOLVED. I EXPECT NOT ONLY MY AIRTIME BACK BUCK SOMETHING TO MAKE UP FOR THIS INCONVENIENCE AND PLAINLY PUT SCHLEPP!!!
