ADSL speed is slower than paint drying

The ADSL line speed on our business line is pathetic... we've requested lines to be tested etc. and nothing seems to help.

Extremely frustrating as we are paying for a service which we have not received in months... an adsl line with
decent speed!

I am sure watching grass grow doesn't take as long as Telkom ADSL line upload times!!!
