I have been with Telkom S.A for 4 months and since I agreed to sign a telkom ADSL 4 Meg line contract I have never had a 4 Meg line speed to my disposal, just received endless problems, I have complained more times with telkom call centre than I can count. They are very quick to demand payment for the 4 Meg line, but why do I pay for something I never get.
My current ADSL speed on a Sunday night is /- 46Kbs. I have record for the past 3 months were the line speed was max to 1.37kbs with the telkom speed test I do and save it.
I stay in Durbanville Sonstraal and feel that the area is up to date with the new cables. I can't see what the problem is and why do I get such a bad line speed and even worse service from telkom.
WHAT MUST I DO AND CAN SOMEONE FROM TELKOM IN A SENIOR POSITION CALL ME. If I do not get any respoce in 24 hours I have no choice to take this matter further.
