Slow line for a long period, and no progress

Hi,

We are with telkom and had issues now and then,
But recently the service is just getting worse. I have only been logging the bad speeds and connection this past week and a half.

The adsl has a couple of problems,

1- The adsl disconnects every five to ten minutes sometimes.
2- The line speed is very slow and sometimes has an upload speed of 4k and download speed of 8k. ( Mostly happens in the evenings, but has happened during the day as well)

Telkom has sent technicians etc, but that does not seem to fix the problem.

We are looking at cancelling the contract and getting the service elsewhere.

Hope they can fix the problem soon.
