Telkom - 1 hour so far means 12 hours

Seems I didn't pay my ADSL line on time and got cut off. So I made the payment immediately and was delighted to hear it will be up and running in an hour. 4 follow-up calls and 12 hours later - no connection yet and I am limping along on 3G. Geez Tel Kom Later!!!
