I am only in my second month using your adsl service and already i have reported faults more than 5 times. You say your faults take 48 hours to be resolved but some of us cannot afford to be OFFLINE for even an hour. I cannot wait 48 hours to have a fault fixed. First i requested to be upgraded but never got what i asked for, i am also being made to pay for a service i am not getting. Now the phone line and adsl are not working. Its already been 24 hours and every hour i am losing money who is going to pay me that money? Since i have had this TELKOM ADSL all i have done is complain all the time because of poor service. Do i need to go shopping for better service elsewhere. I have complained via hello peter a lot of times and i know you Telkom People Don't Care. Honest truth is I am not happy and i am surely going shopping for better service.
