Telkom Adsl Line Problems

Telkom has been upgrading the Adsl lines, so automatically my 4mb line has been upgraded to a 10mb line. My adsl line is running at 10mb buy the problem is my internet package is running at 2mb line. I have gone to the Telkom shop, I have called in many times each time I spend hours and the final result is I must pay for everything but my adsl package can only be upgraded at the end of the month and the best is I must call in again at the end of the month.
