We changed our internet service provider after receiving appallingly slow internet speeds from Telkom. We still, however, rent our ADSL line from Telkom. We experience that our connection regularly cuts out and it stays this way for hours. Telkom has conceded that that our line is faulty, and after a weekend with unreliable internet access, we thought the problem was solved today. However, after a few hours of good connection, we have encountered the same problem tonight.
We feel that, even after various telephone calls, our problem is not taken seriously. We rent this line from Telkom, but they are seemingly unable to fix the problem.
My patience is wearing thin, to say the least.
