NO ADSL even though Activated and order completed?

I have spent days and hours and hours trying to resolve this. Been sent from one person to another from.

Problem is my account has been Activated and I should have adsl but I don't simply put Telkom ADSL department keeps telling me now that they don't know what to do, SO WHAT DO I DO???!!!

This is my first time having adsl and a line installed. I am supposed to have a 4meg line which does not exist. My adsl light does not go on which means no adsl. my modem has been tested by my neighbour and it works fine. I am paying for a service that I don't have the adsl line up and running that's all. I have been so patient and have tries so much and am officially out of options as Telkom support agents (all of them I spoke to (about 10 or more) are out of ideas as to how to assist me).
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP... and don't tell me to test this test that unplug this and unplug that because without the ADSL light on my modem nothing will work. I have been through this for hours and days. PLEASE HELP AND GET SOMEONE TO ASSIST IN GETTING A LINE UP AND RUNNING AT MY HOME. I GOT MY SMS, I GOT MY LOGIN DETAILS, MY LINE IS SUPPOSED TO BE ACTIVATED AND EVERYTHING UP ACCORDING TO TELKOM. HEEEELLLPPPP
