Exactly the same thing THAT happened to repillay except that mine was activated in-store, by MTN staff on 1st 'March.
On returning home I discovered that R 139, 00 had been deducted. On querying with MTN staff at the outlet, they acknowledged that I had erroneously been subscribed to BIS/BES service.
I have been back to the outlet 4 times only to be told each time that it would be remedied within 48 hours. Still waiting for courtesy phone call from MTN.
SHOCKING SERVICE MTN - THIS AMOUNTS TO . I DO NOT NEED DETAILS OF THE ABSOLUTE SERVICE THAT YOU GAVE TO REPILLAY WITHOUT EVEN AN APOLOGY. PLEASE SORT YOUR HOUSE OUT. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. IF THIS CARRIES ON I WILL CHARGE YOU FOR WASTED TIME AND TRANSPORT CHARGES AS WELL. I DON'T WANT TO HEAR YOUR FEEBLE EXCUSES - I WANT MY MONEY RETURNED.
