Usage Charges and pathetic service

Over the last 3 months usage charges have been deducted from my account and i have no idea for what or where my money is going to as i never subscribed to anything. I visited the Sandton City Autopage Cellular store on Tue 5th and explained to the staff and they told me it was an account issue and they will sort out and give me feedback - no feedback received. Thu 7th i went to the store and spoke to the Manager - Waseelah, i made it clear that i'm upset and want a full refund and charges to be stopped. Told me she would get back to me - she never did - phoned at 3pm and she told me she would phone me back - never did. I phoned at 4pm - was cut off a few times and was then told she was in a meeting. Fri 8th - visited the store again - was told charges was stopped - asked about my refund and they will get back to me... Sat 9th NOTHING and charges still going off. I have not once received a call from anyone - no feedback - NOTHING!! I demand a full refund on the last 3 months of charges including Nov - and some kind of explanation in regards to the NO CARE attitude of staff and Management - totally unacceptable. I expect a call from TOP Management and this to be sorted.!!!
