Damaged food, hygiene of the outlet and staff

I recieved an order by delivery which was damaged badly . the packaging was broken, the chips were all out of their packets and drowning in basting sauce which leaked out over everything . the rolls were smashed and dripping in basting sauce . my food was spread out all over the bag which the delivery is brought in . when i called the outlet which is the nandos at the glen, the manager refused to give me the number of the owner of that outlet . he was rude on the phone saying it was not his fault. i had to go to the outlet to sort this matter out and show the manager the state that i had recieved my food . on arriving there and after close observation i noticed that none of the staff were wearing aprons or caps to cover their hair while in the kitchen and none of the kitchen staff were wearing gloves. this is absolutely shocking that they do not care or follow rules when it comes to hygiene . i am disgusted at the service that i recieved . i have been a loyal customer of nandos for the past 12 years because the food is so great, but the owner of this outlet needs to acknowlege that his staff are incompetent and dont follow simple hygiene guidelines. SHOCKING, DISGUSTED
