We bought a Karcher vacuum clearner model A2054 from a retail outlet a while back and ever since then (which we totally regret choosing this make) due to the fact that one is not able to buy replacement bags from any retail outlet. Let alone the retail outlet that we bought the machine from.
Surely if Karcher places their products in the retail outlets they SHOULD then support and provide stock for replacement bags at retail outlets that stock their products.
Why must we be forced to go to their outlet (Karcher Head Office is Edenvale) kilometers away to obtain? Is this how one looks after existing customers?
Then one contacts the Head Office to find out if they have stock before venturing out, have to hold on in excess of 15 minutes to get someone to help, told they are busy. No problem being busy, get back to the person, communicate! While holding on absolute "silence". Then must phone in ask someone to get back to you, nothing! Phoned again ask about call back, only to be told they are still busy with customers and taking calls but returning a call is a no no???
