Shocking service @ Sunnypark outlet

I have been trying to downgrade my dstv service since monday the 2nd of December 2013. Whenever I call the dstv call centre and submit my ID number, the system says my ID number is invalid.

On saturday, I went to a DSTV outlet in Sunnypark, Sunnyside next to Checkers. I was shocked by the attitude and the unwillingness of the agents to assist me.

I waited on the queue for about 15 minutes, and when I got to the front I was told by the agents that they won't help me because they are already packing and going home. They totally ignored me afterwards and continued packing their staff and left the outlet. I was left there completely shock by the level of arrogance and the "don't care" attitude by the agents.

I have been a DSTV customer for a long time, and I enjoy the shows that DSTV provides. I would not imagine myself moving to a different service provider.

I hope measures will be taken to improve the service in the outlet I have mentioned. I also hope someone from Multichoice will call me to assist me with the downgrade.
